Water

The tap water in Curaçao is as good as it gets and it’s perfectly drinkable. A local moderns desalination plant uses seawater to produce very high-quality tap water. In fact, it’s better than the water you get in the US, Canada or Europe. There’s no need for you to buy bottled water, which helps reduce waste.

Electricity

Electricity is 110 - 130 volts/50 cycles, similar but not identical to the US standard. Most 60 cycle electrical appliances from the United States will function properly. Dual voltage appliances from Europe and South America will need an adapter plug, readily available on the island.
