Landhuis Bloemhof
6 Sta. Rosaweg Willemstad
Landhuis Bloemhof was build around 1735 and is one of the smaller country estates on the island. Nowadays it is a meeting place for art lovers, exhibitions, lectures an workshops. If you love art then I would not miss this place for anything. The name ‘’Bloemhof’’ means literally flower garden in the Dutch language therefore the natural surroundings are also worth a visit.
The adjacent wing which formerly housed stables and barns has been remodeled and now contains an archive, library and reading room dedicated to the arts, as well as the former studio of May Henriquez.
Opening hours and entrance fee:
Landhuis Bloemhof is opening from Tuesday to Saturday from 8.30 to 14:00 or by appointment
Admission: USD 5 / NAf 9 per person
